• Compulsory final cleaning € 30.00 per studio - € 40.00 per two-room apartment.
• City tax

The apartment is delivered clean with the furniture described in the inventory. Each guest personally provides daily cleaning and reorganization of their environment.

STAY NOTES

Stays go regularly from Saturday to Saturday, the arrival is scheduled for 17.00 and departure at 10.00.
Cancellations: full refund of the deposit if canceled 60 days before; 30% from the 60th to the 30th day before the start of the holiday. No refund from the 30th day to the date of arrival. It must be communicated by fax or telegram or email.

The balance of the reservation must be made upon delivery of the keys. The customer will have no refund in case of early departure.
